Add Caso Help
This is where you begin your new Caso input. When you input a new Caso RMP checks through the entire
RMP network to see if the VIN you have input is in our network as an open Caso. If it is you will have the
option to send an email to the agent that has the Caso open to let them know it has been assigned to you and
to request information. You do not have to send the email be we believe the safety of the repossessors in the
field warrant notification of double assigned accounts.
Add New Caso - You must fill out the Basic Caso Information area. Select a client for the new Caso,
the Caso Type (Involuntary, Voluntary, etc..), Caso Classification, Area of Operation,
and the Legal Owner of the Caso being input.
Now begin to input the Asset Information (VIN, Year, Make, Model, etc..). Once you input the VIN and tab out of that text box you
will notice the VIN decoder in RMP has decoded the VIN into Year, Make and Model. There are Asset Details that may be retreived using
the VIN. Any of that information that can be gathered will be and displayed in the correct areas. Once you have input the VIN and
you input the other information on the asset that you have. You can tab through the text boxes for easy input.
Now begin to input the Debtor Information by tabbing through the boxes and inputting the data you wish.
(Debtor is Required) Once you have completed your entry for the debtor and the co-debtor
click the "Add Caso" button at the bottom left or at the top right.
Once the Caso
is added a pop up message will appear asking if you would like to view the Caso details page now.
Click on "OK" to continue the Caso input. Once on the Caso Details page
you will be able to add Contacts/Address, Updates, Caso Assignments to Subcontractors & Repossessors to
the Caso.
