   2. Go To Company Files. On the Main Menu, click "Company", then click "Company Files" in the sub menu.
   3. Click on "Upload" at the top right and a popup will appear allowing you to select a file on your local computer to upload to RMP. Once the file is located on your computer you can double click it to start the file upload - or - you can click once on it and then click "Open" to the bottom right of the popup.
   4. Now that your file has been uploaded to RMPv3, select the checkbox next to the file you just uploaded. In the Actions Listing select "Import" and click "Go" next to the list. Once the import popup appears you need to choose which options you want to use during the import.
   1. Load as Passive Cases - Passive accounts do not show up in RMP Reporting & Searches unless specified, this allows you to keep.
these accounts from effecting your RMP reporting. For Limited RMP Users this option is preselected.
   2. Load as Refresh - This will close any accounts open in RMP that are not included on the csv file. You can select a Client
to filter the request. If you choose a certain client only that clients accounts will be effected.
   3. Mode - Client Mode is used for importing cases into your company and automatically assigning them to a CLIENT.
Sub-Contractor Mode is used for importing cases into your company and automatically assigning them to a SUBCONTRACTOR.
   4. Import Context - You can choose to only have the import effect only the selected Client or All Company Cases.
   5. Now that you have selected all of your options to perform the import click "Import" at the bottom left of the popup. As the import progresses you will see the progression information located at the bottom of the import popup window. You can click on "Continue Working" and allow the import to run while you are working on other items. You can always return to the Company Documents section and see what the results were of the last import. Once on the Company Documents page, you will see the last import information under the Upload function.
