Company Preferences Listing Help

The Company Preferences Listing is a listing of your companies preferences.

You can edit these preferences from this location. The preferences are listed below and a description of the preference

Select Time Zone - You select the time zone in which your company is located.

Real-Time Agent Notification -  Your agent will be sent to an acceptance page where the agent is required to acknowledge the changes. Included in this real-time notification are closes, cures, holds, and flagged updates.

Automatically Email Updates To Client Contacts - When updates are approved in RMP they are automatically emailed to the client e-mail address you have on file for that client. By selecting this check box RMP will also send a copy of the update to that contact on the account.

Status Change Notifications Only Sent From Repossessors - RMP sends out status notifications anytime the status has been changed on an account to the agency and the agents assigned to the account. This will stop those emails from being sent unless a repossessor is the person changing the status.

Automatically Change Text To Proper Case on Job - This will keep your employees from entering data in all caps.

Do Not Email or Flag Agents on Lender Updates - All lender updates are flagged and e-mailed to the agents once the lender fills it out and hits the submit button. In order to stop these emails from going directly to agent simply check this box.

Send Form Save Notification If Agent Saves Form - Sends a notification email to the default company email address unless an email address is provided in this preferences page below under "Form Notification" and then the email will be sent to that address.

Many of the functions within the Recovery Manager Pro generate Email Notifications to your agency. Here you will choose which email addresses these notifications are sent to. Once you are done changing any of the information on this page make sure you click "Save" at the bottom of the page to save the changes made.

Default Email - If no other emails are filled out on this e-mail preferences page. All emails will be sent to this default address.

All New Accounts - Any new account notification will be sent to this email address.

Close Accounts - Any close notification or request will be sent to this email address.

Hold Accounts - Any hold notification or request will be sent to this email address.

Pending Accounts - Any pending notification or request will be sent to this email address.

Repossessed Accounts - Any repossession notification will be sent to this email address.

Agent Updates - Any update done by an agent will be sent to this email address.

Lender Updates - Any update done by a lender will be emailed to this address.

Case Counter - Starting number for your case numbers.
