Many of the interfaces within RMPv3 can be saved as Case documents to the Case you are
currently viewing.
Save To Case - If the interface you are viewing can be saved to the Case you are
viewing you will see at the footer of each interface on the right side "SAVE TO CASE". Click that and pop up window will
appear with "Successfully Saved Document to Case!". Click "OK" and you will be forwarded to the Case
documents for the Case you were viewing. From here you can email or fax the documents you have just saved.
Emailing Case Documents - First click the checkbox next to each item you wish to emai.
Once you have selected your documents to email go to the "Actions" drop down list and select "Email" and then click the "Go".
The Compose Case Document Message will pop up. Select from the list of contacts the contact you wish to email, add any notes (optional) and
click "Send" at the bottom left. To cancel emailing the selected documents click "Close" next to the "Send" button.
Faxing Case Documents - First click the checkbox next to each item you wish to fax.
Once you have selected your documents to fax go to the "Actions" drop down list and select "Fax" and then click the "Go".
The Compose Case Document Message will pop up. Select from the list of contacts the contact you wish to fax, add any notes (optional, ignored with fax option) and
click "Send" at the bottom left. To cancel faxing the selected documents click "Close" next to the "Send" button.
